Comprehensive Firm Reviews

Back Office Advisor is pleased to offer a new service. We are now preparing comprehensive firm reviews.

These reviews begin with you completing an 85 question discovery questionnaire online. After Back Office Advisor has reviewed your questionnaire, we will more than likely have additional questions. Once we have the information we need, we will prepare the review of your firm. This review will include:

1. Identification of any areas we believe need your immediate attention along with our recommendations and other outsource partners who may be able to assist you
2. Other recommendations to improve and streamline your firm (which include tools and templates you can use right away)
3. All recommendations are based on your personal and business goals as described to us in your questionnaire.

The reviews cost between $1,000 and $2,000 depending on complexity and a ½ deposit is due before any work can be started. We accept payment by credit card or Paypal. You can then retain us to implement it, hire someone else to help you implement it or implement it yourself.
