It is the mission of Back Office Advisor to assist financial planners and investment advisors in building their perfect business which will allow them to achieve their ideal quality of life. We will do this by providing one on one assistance with strategy, business development and hands on implementation.

Back Office Advisor is a turn key consulting firm developed to assist advisors in taking their business to the next level. We provide services in all key areas of running and building a financial advisory or wealth management firm. We do this by mapping out your ideal firm, identifying the challenges that currently exist and identifying the necessary action steps for overcoming these challenges. Along the way, we act as a hands on implementer offering resources and solutions.

About Ginny Hudgens

Ginny Hudgens, President and Owner of Back Office Advisor (www.backofficeadvisor.com), started out in the financial services industry in 1992 as a Vice President in the Investment Banking Group of J.C. Bradford & Co., a regional brokerage firm purchased by PaineWebber (now UBS) in 2000.

In August of 2000, she accepted a position with a financial advisor, his only employee at the time, as the "jack of all trades". At the time of her employment, the firm had approximately $7 million in assets under management. Later, as the COO of the firm, she and the advisor built the firm to over $115 million in assets under management.

During this time, she built the back office and put the processes in place that contributed to the growth of the firm by allowing the advisor to focus on what he did best, gather new clients. Ginny became highly skilled in all aspects of the business and was the team leader in the yearly strategic planning process. She was primarily responsible for the hiring of three additional staff (an associate planner, a customer service rep and an administrative manager).

In September of 2005, she started Back Office Advisor to share her skills with other advisors who are READY to take their business to the next level. Her background has put her in the unique position of knowing exactly what it takes to build a successful advisory firm. As your "Strategic Vision Partner", Ginny is committed to helping you achieve your goals for your business and your family! Ginny comes alongside you as a partner to give you a fresh perspective and help in implementing your strategy freeing you up to build your business and live the life you envision!

Ginny is a 1988 graduate of the University of Louisville with a B.S. in Business Administration (concentration in Finance). She is married and her husband has two grown sons, the oldest of which served in the U.S. Army and spent 15 months in Iraq serving his country. His younger brother is a successful attorney in Los Angeles.

About Phyllis Chase

Back Office Advisor began partnering with Phyllis in July, 2010. Phyllis is a virtual assistant/administrative consultant with many years of diverse experience supporting executive teams and managing administrative responsibilities. She supports Back Office Advisor operations from her office near Phoenix, Arizona. Her firm, All Pro Virtual Admin Solutions LLC, works with busy executives and solopreneurs who value her experience, common sense, and 'no drama' approach to any administrative challenge put before her.

Phyllis earned the designation of Certified Professional Secretary® early in her career, and in 1992 graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management. She is married and enjoys reading, travel, and golf in her downtime.
