My process starts with a comprehensive review of your firm including your goals both personal and professional. From that, I draft a strategic plan for your review with quantifiable action steps based on your priorities much like you do for your clients with a financial plan.
Once we have a strategic plan in place, we begin to work on the areas we’ve identified are causing challenges within your firm. As I said, these typically fall into one of the six categories in this graph. I am a hands on implementer and instead of just handing you a plan and saying, okay, now go do it, I will be with you each step of the way offering a wide array of practice management, staffing, service model, marketing and software ideas as well as ideas on other issues that may arise. I believe it is this stage in the process that distinguishes me from others in my industry. TOGETHER, as a team, we will drive this plan.
